When you respond to a survey and fill in the questionnaire, then you become a ‘respondent’.

        The company rarely uses your answers in isolation or individually.         This analysis is thereafter used within the company by the management to make decisions on their marketing program, product features or the pricing of their products.         There is no fixed norm in terms of pay out to participants but usually it is in the range of $1-$50 depending on the survey and the information sought.
